RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

Please make your purchase decision carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you wish to return a product in unused condition within 7 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. To initiate a return, please submit a return request via email to support@eurospeedparts.com.au and request a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of two-way shipping fees, insurance charges, and any additional duties for international returns. Free shipping does not exempt the actual shipping charges, which are non-refundable. A cancellation fee may apply for orders canceled before shipment to cover transaction costs. The fee can be up to 7% based on the chosen payment method during checkout.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if:

  • The returned product shows visible signs of wear and cannot be sold as new.
  • The returned product was damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
  • The return shipment is missing any parts, accessories, packaging, hardware, or manuals.
  • The return package is not clearly labeled with your order number.

If new or unused returns are damaged at Eurospeedparts, we will notify you, and it will be your responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for poor packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping courier.

Before returning any product, please contact Euro Speed Parts by email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA must be issued before returning ANY product.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If we deliver an incorrect or incomplete product, please notify Euro Speed Parts within seven business days of the delivery date. You will need to provide clear photographs of the received product and exterior packaging, along with a detailed description of the issue, to support@eurospeedparts.com.au

Incomplete or incorrect products should not be installed in vehicles unless authorized by Euro Speed Parts. Unauthorized installation of incomplete or incorrect products will make the customer solely responsible for any costs incurred in supplying replacement or missing components. Euro Speed Parts may, at its sole discretion, request the customer to return the incomplete or incorrect product to the provided return address.

Please note that Euro Speed Parts cannot send replacement products or parts if the customer fails to fulfill their obligations under this provision.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS DURING TRANSIT

Missing items or items damaged during shipping from Euro Speed Parts to the customer must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. Please inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage reported after 4 calendar days will not be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims. It is important to keep all packing materials with the box as they will be needed to process a shipping claim with the courier. Please cooperate with the carrier during the claim process and answer any questions they may have.

Once an accepted claim is received from the shipping courier, replacement parts will be re-shipped to you.

Typically, the claim review period by the courier service provider can take up to eight business days. If replacement parts are needed before the claim review period ends, the customer must pay for those parts upfront. If the claim is approved, Euro Speed Parts will refund the full amount for the approved parts.

LOST PACKAGES

If you do not receive your package, but the tracking information shows that it has been delivered, you must notify us within 4 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement products to be shipped. The time frame for this process can be up to eight (7) business days, depending on the shipping agent used. Please note that this is a policy of the third-party shipping service provider, not Euro Speed Parts. If replacement parts are needed before the claim approval wait time, the customer must pay for those parts upfront. If and when the claim is approved, we will refund the full amount for the parts to your original payment method. Euro Speed Parts does not guarantee any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. Refunds for lost packages will only be provided if proper insurance was requested for your order.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated. Euro Speed Parts. will only warranty manufacturing defects that are not related to installer error, modification, improper use, or vehicle failure.

All warranty claims will be resolved at the discretion of Euro Speed Parts. Please notify us first of any claims to resolve the issue promptly.

For warranty claims within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, two options are available to customers:

  1. Customer pays 100% for the new replacement part(s) to be shipped. Customer then ships back the warranty-covered parts to Euro Speed Parts or our supplier. Once the parts are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the parts, provided they were not damaged due to the customer's failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Customer ships the warranty-covered part(s) back to Euro Speed Parts or our supplier for inspection. Upon warranty verification, new or repaired part(s) will be shipped to the customer. If the failed part has already been replaced with a new part from another source, Euro Speed Parts will issue a store credit for the warranted part upon receipt.

For warranty claims after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the product to Euro Speed Parts or our supplier. Warranty part(s) must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of the RMA issue date.

Euro Speed Parts will only replace or repair warranty items at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transactions. All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing and, in some cases, may need to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. Euro Speed Parts does not guarantee warranty coverage until this process is complete. In some cases, warranties may be denied, and Euro Speed Parts must return the product(s) at the customer's expense.

Euro Speed Parts is not responsible for any damages that may occur from using the products we sell. We do not pay for consequential, incidental, and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including costs directly or indirectly related to products sold by Euro Speed Parts, such as labor or product coverage. We will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from Euro Speed Parts once we have verified that the part is faulty and within its warranty period. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product or improper use will not be replaced by Euro Speed Parts under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments. Replacement products will only be shipped to the original address to which the items were shipped. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item for warranty inspection or repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COST ERRORS/ WEBSITE ISSUES

While Euro Speed Parts strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
